1. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders after 5:00 PM (local time) are processed the next day.
2. Shipping Destinations: We ship to 【e.g., US, Canada, EU】; not to PO boxes, APO/FPO or 【e.g., Russia】.
3. Shipping Methods & Times: Standard Shipping (5–10 business days, 【$4.99】); Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days, 【$14.99】); Free Shipping for orders over 【$100】.
4. Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent after shipping; tracking updates in 24–72 hours.
5. International Orders: Import duties, taxes and customs fees are borne by the customer. We are not liable for customs delays.
6. Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery. We are not liable for packages marked "delivered".
